"Ms. Mordecai is an incredible teacher! Her lectures were very descriptive. She explained each lesson in-depth and outlined her expectations for each assignment clearly. Her ability to stay in touch with students definitely made my experience with the course easier, as I struggled to complete some tasks on time. I sincerely appreciate Ms. Mordecai's enthusiasm and care with this course. Likewise, the assignments were engaging. I generally dislike writing, but often found myself enjoying the prompts given. I liked the ability to be creative with the assignments. She implemented several ways to not only demonstrate understanding but also have fun with each task."

"She was always so enthusiastic and kind. She wanted us to actually succeed and do the work, so she was willing to offer extensions if we needed it. She made fun assignments and chose really interesting books and stories for us to read that were related to the topic of the course. I learned so much about mythology, women, authors, and revisionist pieces of work that I wish I could take more of her classes!"
